Who has big life things going on (like a brand new baby) and still gives incredible and friendly customer service? That would be Dennis. He was a breath of fresh air and super accommodating through the entire process. With the housing market being volatile and disappointment showing up with prior lenders (inconsistent or lackadaisical) Dennis helped match my more intense approach, a chaotic schedule, and he was on point start to finish. Obtaining a mortgage can be an arduous process, but Dennis makes the journey a smooth one. He keeps lines of communication open on his end and yours, he reassures you every step of the way that you're supported, and he makes himself available to you at all times via multiple modalities so you always feel like he's there to answer questions or reassure you. In the event that he knows he will not be available, he sees to it that you have names and contact information for his colleagues, so that you always feel supported and heard.
